Ingredients
- 4 C water (divided)
- 1 C cornmeal
- 4 t salt
- blueberries, brown sugar, raisins, bacon, etc , for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Heat 3 cups water with salt to boiling. Mix cornmeal and remaining cold water. Once the 3-cups are boiling, pour in cornmeal and water mixture and other optional ingredients. Bring to a boil again, then simmer covered for 10 minutes. You need to stir this periodically.
