Coconut-Walnut Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1½ C gold-n-white flour
- ½ C cane sugar
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 t baking powder
- ½ C butter , softened
- 2 eggs , at room temperature
- 1 T vanilla
- ½ C dried coconut
- ½ C chocolate chips
- ½ C walnuts , chopped
Instructions
- Sift together flour, soda and powder. In a separate bowl, cream together butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla; gradually blend in flour mixture.
- Stir in chocolate chips, coconut, and walnuts. Spoon onto ungreased cookie sheets and bake at 350°F for 12 minutes, or until bottoms are golden brown. Makes 24–36.
