Jean Marie’s Huevos Del Diablo

Ingredients

• 6 eggs
• 1½ C Mrs. Clark's Mayonaise
• 3 T organic yellow mustard
• ½ t organic chives
• sugar , to taste
• paprika or chili powder , for topping

Instructions

1. Hard boil eggs and cool. Slice eggs in half lengthwise and scoop yolks into a bowl. Set whites aside. Mix yolks, mustard, mayo and chives until creamy.
2. Add sugar to taste. Portion yolk mixture evenly into the egg white halves. Sprinkle with paprika or chili powder for Diablo style!
