Baked Feta
Ingredients
- 1 package Athenos feta chunks
- ¾ C dried tomatoes , rehydrated with boiling water
- 1 small package fresh basil
- ¼ bunch fresh parsley
- black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Blend tomatoes, basil, and parsley to form a paste.
- Sprinkle feta with pepper and press tomato mixture around feta.
- Spray a sheet of aluminum foil and wrap feta in foil.
- Place in 350ºF oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve on a cutting board or plate with sliced, toasted baguette rounds.
