Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients
- 15 oz cooked black beans
- 15 oz diced tomatoes
- 1 green chile . diced
- ¼ red onion , diced
- 2 T cilantro , chopped
- 2 T lime juice
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 clove garlic , minced
- ½ t salt
- pinch ground cayenne
Instructions
- If using canned black beans, strain and wash. If using canned tomatoes, strain.
- Mix all of the ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to serve.
