Cool Picnic Pasta
Ingredients
- 2 C fresh broccoli florets
- 1 C fresh mushrooms , sliced
- 1 C kalamata olivees , pitted
- ½ C artichoke hearts
- ½ C basil , chiffonade
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- 2 C fresh sweet corn , removed from cob
- 1 C annie's italian or greek salad dressing
- 1 C crumbled feta cheese (or cubed fresh mozzarella)
- 3 C radiatorre pasta , cooked
Instructions
- In large glass bowl, combine all ingredients, cover and refrigerate 4–6 hours to blend flavors
