Nameless Deliciousness
Ingredients
- 2 C cooked rice
- 3+ cloves garlic
- 2 T fresh ginger
- ½ C soy sauce
- 3 T rice vinegar
- 2 t hot sauce
- 3 T sugar or honey
- 2 T toasted sesame oil
- ¼ C peanut butter
- 1 bag Quorn Tenders
Instructions
- Combine garlic, ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, hot sauce, sugar or honey, toasted sesame oil, and peanut butter in a small blender cup, food processor or bowl to blend. If you’re mixing it by hand, you’ll want to finely mince the garlic and ginger.
- Place the Quorn Tenders in a big pot over low heat. Over that, pour the sauce you made and stir. Stir in the cooked rice. When the Quorn is heated through, it’s ready to serve. Garnish with sliced scallions.
