Pumpkin Chai Smoothie
If you want the smoothie to be thicker and more like a shake, use more frozen banana than directed.
Ingredients
- 1 C vanilla coconut milk (or other milk of choice)
- 1 C canned pumpkin (or cooked pumpkin puree)
- 1 large banana , frozen in chunks
- 1 t ground cinnamon (more or less to taste)
- ¼ t ground cardamom (more or less to taste)
- ½ t ground nutmeg (more or less to taste)
- ¼ t ground coriander (more or less to taste)
- ½ t ground ginger (more or less to taste)
- ¼ t ground cloves (more or less to taste)
- 1 T maple syrup (more or less to taste)
- 1 T agave nectar (more or less to taste)
- ¼ t vanilla extract (more or less to taste)
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. This may take a while with the frozen banana, but it will be worth it!
