Rainbow Fruit Salad
This fruit salad from the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute is good as a side dish, dessert, or even as breakfast with yogurt.
Ingredients
- 1 large mango , peeled and diced
- 2 C fresh blueberries
- 2 bananas
- 2 C fresh strawberries , halved
- 2 C seedless grapes (or raspberries)
- 2 nectarines , unpeeled (or a nice anjou pear)
- 1 kiwi fruit , peeled and sliced
Instructions
- Toss ingredients together and enjoy.
