Rainbow Fruit Salad

This fruit salad from the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute is good as a side dish, dessert, or even as breakfast with yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 1 large mango , peeled and diced
  • 2 C fresh blueberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 C fresh strawberries , halved
  • 2 C seedless grapes (or raspberries)
  • 2 nectarines , unpeeled (or a nice anjou pear)
  • 1 kiwi fruit , peeled and sliced

Instructions

  1. Toss ingredients together and enjoy.
